What we store

When you join, Sidebot LLC stores your email address, whether you’d like to beta test, and the time you signed up. You do not have to volunteer for the beta to receive news.

To prevent abuse, we also keep a scrambled identifier derived from your IP address and an attempt count for a ten-minute rate-limit window. Expired identifiers are removed when the next signup request arrives. We do not store your raw IP address in the signup database.

Why we store it

We use the list to share Eldford news and contact people interested in beta testing. Joining does not guarantee a beta invitation. We do not sell your data.

Where it stays

The signup form runs on Vercel. The list is stored in Cloudflare D1. These providers process signup data to run the service. We keep your signup until you ask us to remove it or we stop using the list.

Unsubscribe or delete

To stop receiving updates or delete your signup, contact us by email: max@sidebot.co. Ask to unsubscribe or delete your data and include the email address you used.
